| This is my friend Norbert Ulmann.
He is an instructor at a children's home in Bonn, Germany. Norbert is engaged in butterflies since he was a child. I got to know him during a vacation in Greece. Since then we meet us at least one time a year and take butterfly photos. On this photo you can see sitting an Apollo in his hand. This butterfly we could photograph in May 1997 in Southern France. Norbert takes his butterfly photos exclusively in the nature, none of this pictures were taken in a butterfly garden nor was made by raising the butterfly.
